7 Ocean Fitness Club started in 2022, with the vision to provide a lush experience to those for whom gym is more than a place to work out. 7 Ocean was created with the theme of making a place where people cannot resist coming & eventually remain disciplined with their fitness journey.
The Founder of the club, Mr Ajeet Singh, who is a fitness enthusiast himself, had this dream of building this place for years. His says that “With changing lifestyle and choices, fitness is still the least priority to many. People choose luxury experience over anything and specially when that involves getting out of the comfort zone. Ambience & aesthetics plays a big role in making a choice these days. So, he decided to club the two things- Fitness & Luxury. The idea was to build a place where people like coming & a place whose aesthetics gives the magnificent feel, a place that becomes addictive.”

HIIT training on its own has amazing benefits. When combined with weights it gives a whole new dimension to your workout, allowing you to work your full body in a short period of time. HIIT with weights can burn fat and calories both during and after the workout, build muscle, and improve heart health.
Spinning is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. At 7 Ocean, we serve adrenaline rush in our disco themed spinning classroom.
